  • First Bridge (Tenmonbashi)

    This bridge straddles the “Misumi no seto” strait at the entrance to Kamiamakusa and boasts a span of 300 meters, the longest of the fi ve bridges of Amakusa Gokyo.

    This bridge starts at the end of Ohyano island, and is a Langer Truss bridge with a beautiful yellow arch.

    This bridge lies between Nagaurajima and Ooikejima, and is a world top class concrete bridge with a span of 160 meters.

    The longest bridge of the five bridges (Amakusa Gokyo). It is a low bridge that sits just above the sea, so you can soak up the scenery from a different perspective.
