A regular line between three islands, which connects Miyanoura Port of Naoshima (Kagawa-gun, Kagawa prefecture), Ieura Port of Teshima (Shozu-gun, Kagawa prefecture) and Inujima Port of Inujima (Okayama City, Okayama prefecture) in about an hour by high-speed passenger ship.

■Miyanoura Port (Naoshima)

・Naoshima: Naoshima is an island with the perimeter of 28km, located on the calm Seto Inland Sea, 13km north off the coast of Takamatsu City.
It is one of the places that host a triennial contemporary art festival called the “Setouchi Triennale” and has a number of trendy contemporary art sites including the Chichu Art Museum.

・Marine station "Naoshima": Close to Miyanoura Port, Naoshima. This ferry terminal is built at Miyanoura Port and was designed by SANAA, a Pritzker Prize-winning architectural firm.

・Chichu Art Museum: Accessible from Miyanoura Port, Naoshima in about 20 minutes by car. The museum is mostly buried underground with an aim not to interfere with the landscape of the Seto Inland Sea. (By reservation Only)


■Ieura Port (Teshima)

・Teshima Island: Teshima is an island with the perimeter of 18km, located on the calm Seto Inland Sea, 3.7km west off the coast of the island of Shodoshima.

It is one of the places that host a triennial contemporary art festival called the “Setouchi Triennale” and has a number of contemporary art sites including the Teshima Art Museum.

・Teshima Art Museum: Accessible from Ieura Port in about 15 minutes by bus. The museum is built on a small hill and was designed by an artist Rei Naito and an architect Ryue Nishizawa.

■Inujima Port (Inujima)

・Inujima: Inujima is an island with the perimeter of 3.6km, located on the calm Seto Inland Sea, 2.2km east off the coast of Okayama City.

It is one of the places that host a triennial contemporary art festival called the “Setouchi Triennale" and has a number of contemporary art sites including Inujima Seirensho Art Museum, which has revitalized a copper refinery through the means of art, and Inujima “Art House Project” which is held inside a village.

・Inujima Seirensho Art Museum: Close to Inujima Port. The museum has preserved and revitalized the remains of a copper refinery in Inujima.
