A one hour long regular excursion ferry for tourists that circles around the Nagasaki Bay from Nagasaki Port (Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture).

[Features]
The ferry is a remake of the Kanko-maru ship which is known as the first wooden steamship in Japan. It was given as a gift to the 13th Shogun Tokugawa family by King William The Third of the Netherlands in 1855 and it was the ship where Katsu Kaishu and Sakamoto Ryoma discussed their future visions onboard. The New Kanko-maru can carry around 300 passengers whom can enjoy a tour of the Nagasaki Bay and the remains of Daiba, an artillery battery, which defended Japan during the Bakumatsu Era.
