A regular cruise route of a large passenger ship that connects Takeshiba Passenger Ship Terminal of Tokyo Port with Chichijima of the Ogasawara Islands in a 24 hour long ride.

The large passenger ship Ogasawara Maru with a capacity of 894 passengers is in operation. There are 5 classes of rooms onboard, from 2nd class to Suite rooms. Rooms that are 1st class or higher are private rooms that sleep 2 to 3 people with beds and a television.
Onboard, there is a restaurant, store, observation lounge, smoking room, and an anti-rolling mechanism that ensures a comfortable cruise ride.

▪Chichijima
・Chichijima: The biggest island of the Ogasawara Islands, located 1,000 km south south-east of Tokyo and 52 km in circuit.
In the mountains, there are rare indigenous species and in the ocean there are beautiful corals and tropical fish. Dolphins swim nearby year round and whales migrate here to raise their young. With various attractions, Ogasawara Islands are a tropical paradise and an island for ecotourism.

・Outdoor activities: In the island, visitors can enjoy various outdoor activities such as whale watching, swimming and dolphin watching, scuba diving, sea kayaking, fishing, hiking, trekking, bird watching, and stargazing.

・Whale watching is available between January to early May (peak season is between February to April). Between May to November visitors can see humpback whales and sperm whales.

・Swimming and dolphin watching: Wild dolphins can be seen year round in the oceans nearby.

・Scuba diving: All divers dream to dive in the oceans of the Ogasawara Islands. Pods of dogtooth tuna, sand tiger sharks, and giant manta rays can be seen on top of dolphins and sea turtles.
